How it works

Four stops from fitting to results.

  1. Choose the route

    Pick origin, destination and waypoints. Saved routes remember the right ghats, bypasses and toll plazas.

  2. Add rest stops

    Safekarry suggests approved rest stops every 3 to 4 hours of driving, with parking, food and toilets.

  3. Share the ETA

    The customer gets a link with a live ETA that updates with traffic, rest breaks and delays.

  4. Close with proof

    The driver captures photos of the unloaded goods and the signed challan at the gate. The trip closes itself.

Approved rest stops

Your own list of safe dhabas, hotels and parking yards, plus ones suggested along the route.

Night-driving rules

Set limits such as no driving between 1 am and 4 am on ghat roads, or a mandatory break after 4 hours.

Ghat and risky sections

Mark steep descents, blackspots and accident-prone stretches. Drivers get a voice reminder before each one.

Live ETAs

ETAs that account for planned rest breaks and live speed, so the customer is not promised the impossible.

Proof of delivery

Geotagged, timestamped photos and a signature at the delivery gate, attached to the trip and invoice.

Detention time

Time spent waiting at loading and unloading points, recorded automatically for detention claims.

Need a fleet-specific answer? Connect with sales.

Can customers see live ETAs?

Yes. Each trip can generate a customer link with the live position and ETA. The link expires once the delivery is closed.

Can we use our own rest stops?

Yes. Add your own approved stops with notes, and only those will be offered to drivers on that route.

Does it replace rest-hour laws?

No. Trip Planner helps you follow your rest-hour policy and the law. It does not replace them.
